Humans on a Mission
Play is an integral element of human culture, and video games are a big part of it. As a studio, we aim to advance the medium and respect all participating actors, from players to developers.

Homo Ludens tries to be as transparent as possible, and our blog is where the crew will go into details about what they do, and why they do it. From art direction to game design, from interns to directors, we all have something to say.

Born too late to sail the seven seas, too early for the shoudlers of Orion, or just passionate about game making? We are always looking for talented & spirited people!
WHO WE ARE
People, driven by our love of game making & fair play*.
Homo Ludens is the name of a collective of humans who will not concede that the video game industry can’t do better. Can’t do better for its players, by including them in the creative process, telling them exactly what’s going on when they spend so much of their limited time. Can’t do better to treat those turning electricity and time into unique experiences.
Homo Ludens pledges to treat everyone fairly, as flawed humans stuck on space ship Earth, be they players, game makers, or the people they love. We are all responsible.
* That extends beyond the magic circle
